Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to emergency service calls, both residential and commercial.
Diagnose and resolve urgent plumbing, gas, and drainage issues efficiently.

Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and follow-up recommendations.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain problems, solutions, and costs.
